Fee-Based Services - Anywhere:

Cellar design & plans - Cellar Design drawings and bill of
materials, intermediary with rack companies and cooling vendors.
Wine tasting kits - Products and service of customizing the tasting
with lyrics and instructions (delivery time will be 6 week)
California Wine Tour arrangements - provide specific tour schedule,
make reservations, get personalized service

Fee-Based Services Locally (New York Area):

Wine cellar Construction - Custom cellar design and construction
Wine tastings facilitation (wine provided)- Provide wine from
recent or past vintages and perform the end to end tasting service. Can
include food if possible. Can be in customer's house, a ;local
restaurant or a room at a hall, hotel or other such facility. Can be
positioned as a theme party, corporate teaming exercise, brainstorming
session or just a casual get-together. If the client is willing to pay
airfare... I will travel!
Wine tastings facilitation (w/o wine provided) - Same as above,
except customer is responsible for providing the wine.
